The holder allows you to use any accessories with a Bowens type mount.

• The distance between the flash and softbox can be adjusted

• Adjustable hot shoe size and ISO hot shoe
• Thread connection to 1/4 tripod? 3/8? or to a tripod head up to 16mm and 12mm
